Administrative Assistant (entry-level)
Location: Aldgate East, London (role sits with the Adecco Romford branch)
We have a rare career opportunity for an entry-level candidate to embark on a
career in insurance.
A prestigious insurance broker is looking for people to assist the underwriting department with all aspects of administration. You will get experience in all things motor insurance from the legal principles or learning how to remain compliant to how to identify and resolve a customer complaint.
Do you have impressive IT skills (in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills? We would like to hear from you today!
Duties of an Administrative Assistant:
- Accurate and efficient data input and ensuring the business systems are up-to-date
- Processing diary requirements accurately and general office support
- Sending all correct documents to brokers
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Respond to email queries and create outbound emails as necessary
