Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact, answering phones, and scheduling meetings with clients, vendors, and employees.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the CEO and COO.
- Manage office supplies inventory and ensure availability of necessary items.
- Handle office supply orders efficiently to maintain a well-equipped workspace.
- Provide assistance with office clean-up and organization to ensure a tidy and professional environment.
- Undertake personal errands for the CEO and COO as required to support their daily activities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization standards of the office, creating a welcoming atmosphere for staff and visitors.
- Offer support with personal errands for client staff, fostering positive relationships and exceptional service.
- Uphold a professional appearance of the office, ensuring it reflects our company values at all times.
- Collaborate with the CEO and COO, taking on additional responsibilities and tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing administrative support in a professional setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring tasks are completed promptly.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative to solve problems and support team members.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
