The qualified candidate will be responsible to support sales team in any pre-sales & account management activities and for the planning, coordination and deployment of innovative projects and commercial solutions across the region.
This will include the qualification of the partners/ customer needs, supporting the preparation of technical proposals and supporting the full sales cycle, overseeing all aspects of projects with emphasis on timely achievement of program milestones and deliverable to support the overall strategy.
You will be interfacing directly with customers and partners in the field to manage, monitor and support the solutions, during initial deployments & operations he/she will be responsible to present solutions to prospect and customer, to collect customer feedback for improvement.

As our Pre Sales Project Management and Customer Support, you’ll support HID’s success by:
- Support the BU, supporting business with current and prospective partners & end-user customers.
- Participate in partner event and produce adequate technical material with input from Product Marketing and Management.
- Resolve presales technical issues submitted by partners and sales team,
- Lead the delivery & deployment of projects across EMEA.
- Attend and drive technical Pilot/Project planning workshops with the customers.
- Solution deployment and technical support: create and maintain program plans and schedules. Direct tasks and activities within the project scope and track progress against objectives
- Track and resolve issue and problems to effective conclusion through facilitations management or active coordination of stakeholders.
- Work with customers & partners to collect feedback on the quality and functionality of the services deployed and feedback to product management.
- Communicate roadmap to customer and align with the BU delivery schedule.
- Provide product & management team technical /functional product requirements collected from end-customers and partners
- Provide regular updates on project state and progress against plan to team. Proactively identify potential project risks and mitigation plans.
- As customer advocate & experienced user actively participate in the product/service roadmap development.
- This roles requires 70% travel time.

Your Experience and Education include:
- BSc. degree preferably, in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in technical pre-sales, field service and project management in IT, networks & services.
