Salary - £24,000
Brief Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our clients growing business the opportunity is based in Stoke-On-Trent with the potential to travel depending on business requirements. To provide an efficient and effective personal support service to two Directors and their team to support the delivery of their objectives.
About the role (External)
The role of Personal Assistant with a beauty distribution company requires you to undertake various duties including (but not limited to):
- Manage the Director’s calendar.
- Manage the Director’s personal budget, making comprehensive records available at all times.
- Make arrangements for functions, conferences visits and meetings.
- Co-ordinate and prepare agenda and papers for executive meetings and assist with any follow-up action as necessary.
- Supervise and organise workloads for clerical support team in conjunction with other functional managers.
- Maintain an efficient filing system paying particular attention to records of standing meetings, statutory records and authorisations.
- Review accounts received and process invoices for payment in accordance with Internal Control procedures.

The successful candidate for this role will be required to be/have: -
- Excellent organisation skills
- Experience of working with senior management
- Excellent time manager
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good MS Office skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
