Are you a motivated and enthusiastic nurse looking for a challenge in the specialist field of Diabetes? If the answer is yes we have a Band 7 Diabetes Nurse post based in Herne Bay that we invite you to apply for.
You'll be part of the community nursing team visiting housebound patients in their own home. As a Diabetes Nurse you will have responsibilities as a senior clinician to support individual staff members in delivering high quality and safe care.
As an experienced Diabetes Nurse, you will be able to provide your team with sound clinical judgement and act as a role model for your profession. Taking responsibility as the senior clinician you will be a problem solver and decision-maker, assessing complex patients and planning their care needs.
