At i247 Group an exciting opportunity has come up to join our growing team based in Holton Heath, Poole BH16 6LS.
Working as a partner to leasing, manufacturers and fleet management organisations we are a Fleet Service Provider that specialises in providing asset management and driver support services to the Automotive industry
Working pattern will be Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00.
What will you do?
As the Finance Assistant, your main duties will include:
- Process supplier invoices on internal system
- Process overhead invoices on Sage 50 accounts
- Monthly payment runs on Sage 50 accounts
- Bank reconciliations on Sage 50 accounts
- Resolving Pricing and Product issues
- Assisting Suppliers with job completion details
- Liaising with suppliers regarding invoice payment dates
- Reconcile day books from internal system to Sage 50 accounts
- Allocate payment receipts on internal system
- Process expenses
- Ordering stationery & cleaning supplies
- Cashflow
- Monthly credit card reconciliation
- Assisting with other accounting/admin projects
- Assisting other departments as/when necessary
- Undertaking training and development when necessary to attain and maintain required competency.
- Proactively contribute to direction of the company’s objectives, support cultural and social initiatives.
Requirements:
- Have a good understanding of Microsoft software and be a confident communicator via multiple methods.
- 2 years’ experience in a finance role
- Knowledge of Sage 50 accounts Software
- Be conscientious, have a flair for attention to detail and happy to work as part of a team.
