What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to contact for our clients, turning them into “Raving Fans.”
- Conduct bi-weekly client review calls, prepare agendas, and document minutes and action items.
- Host weekly internal meetings to align project deliverables and client outcomes.
- Oversee client accounts to ensure adherence to our company processes.
- Become proficient in our operating procedures to monitor customer-related activities effectively.
- Identify and relay revenue-generating opportunities.
What You’ll Need
- Strong background in customer service.
- Proven ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Competence in the standard office suite and, ideally, Google tools.
- An eagerness to adapt and learn new technologies.
- A natural team player who also has an aptitude for sales.
The Flexibility You Deserve
This part-time role, covering 18 hours a week over just 3 days, not only allows you to predominantly work from home but also offers the flexibility to balance work and family life, or other commitments effortlessly. Occasional face-to-face meetings will be required.
