Job Description

We are looking for a Content Assistant or Executive to join us on a permanent basis, working on a hybrid basis at our Bristol office. Working closely with our Content Manager, you will coordinate the effective creation, collation and storage of best practice content, with the opportunity to dive into a variety of work supporting our Pursuits/Bids, Business Development and Marketing & Communications teams.

We are looking for a self-starter who is proactive and uses their initiative to take ownership of workload and competing tasks; in return you will be joining our dynamic and highly successful Pursuits team where you will have every opportunity to develop your skillset and make a splash!

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the Content Manager with managing our firm-wide content repository, with a focus on driving continuous improvement of the quality and accessibility of content.
  • Ownership of the content repository and tender response logs and quarterly firm-wide content updates.
  • Supporting the Pursuits team with tender content, sourcing content, editing, reviewing and proofreading.
  • Work with the Content Manager to manage the new pitch builder/content management system tool with relevant Business Development content.
  • Supporting the Business Development team with sourcing content for use across pitches, legal directory submissions and other Business Development materials.
  • Assisting with the collection, curation and use of directory content in support of the submission and preparation of the legal directories programme.
  • Editing and proofreading content such as webpage content, award entries and other internal or external material across the Marketing & Communications team.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills developed through a combination of studies and/or employment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with people at all levels.
  • Effective ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.

If you have no experience within a Marketing role but have the drive and potential to make an impact, please apply or get in touch to discuss the role further.
