Job Description
The Business Manager is responsible for supporting the Directorates Senior Management Team to ensure the efficient and effective use of resources in delivering high quality patient centred care and scientific services within the Directorate. This requires the provision of advice and guidance to the Head of Department and Senior Management Team on an ongoing basis. To ensure the delivery of agreed performance targets within the Directorate. There is a continuing need for the post holder to influence and direct scientific staff to ensure practice is within Trust policies, that key targets are achieved, that clinical and corporate governance is addressed.
