Ansvar, who are proudly part of the Benefact Group, are looking for a Customer Administration Support to join our Eastbourne office, with hybrid working. This role will initially be based in our Eastbourne office, with an office move to Brighton planned for early ’24.
An exciting opportunity to join the new business underwriting team at Ansvar, the applicant will be responsible for the day to day administrative tasks and providing support to underwriters where required. No previous insurance knowledge is necessary as training will be provided.

- Plan, prioritise and manage own work to deliver agreed objectives in line with SLAs.
- Input data accurately and efficiently, recognising and rectifying where quality standards have been missed.
- Identify issues and anomalies and escalate in line with company policy.
- Build effective internal relationships to deliver exceptional customer service
- Act on audit results and agreed actions plans to improve own performance and enhance the effectiveness of the team.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes.
- Understand and operate within regulatory framework and identify and escalate any risks to the business in line with company policy.
- Where relevant receive referrals from broker and make contact with brokers and/or business partners by telephone to expedite issues.
- Perform other admin duties as and when required.
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths and English.
- Appropriate IT skills.
- Strong verbal communication and ability to produce tailored written communication.
- Good system and administration skills with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure data integrity and compliance.
