At Be Caring we are seeking kind, compassionate Home Care Assistants to work across South Leeds and surrounding areas, providing high-quality person-centred care as a Home Care Assistant.
Shift pay rather than pay per call, which means you are paid from the start of your first call to the end of your last call within a shift.*
Pay: £11.00 p/hr
- Mileage - 40p per mile (average payment of £71 every 4 weeks)

As a Home Care Assistant for Be Caring, your working hours will be aligned to our shift patterns, which includes early starts, late evenings and weekend working:
- Alternate weekends

Early shift: 7:00am - 2:00pm

Late shift: 4:00pm - 10:00pm
As a Home Care Assistant for Be Caring we will agree your working pattern, setting 2-week rota which includes:
- Alternate full weekends, or every Saturday or every Sunday

Evenings as agreed within your working hours
We need caring, kind, compassionate people to work across South Leeds (Ardsley, Beeston, Belle Isle, Hunslet, Killingbeck, Middleton, Rothwell, Seacroft and Tingley) providing high-quality person-centered care in the Home Care Assistant role.

Job Description
If you have previous retail experience, you'll already have many of the skills needed to make an excellent Home Care Assistant for Be Caring. Patience, empathy, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively are all essential qualities for this role.
As a Home Care Assistant working across South Leeds and surrounding areas, you will:

Induction Training
We are looking for people with Be Caring values to join our team. You do not need care experience, we recognise you will have many transferable skills from previous roles, for example as a shop assistant. We will provide you with the training you need to be an outstanding Home Care Assistant. As a Home Care Assistant for Be Caring, you will be provided with comprehensive induction training on:
