Job description
About the Role:
To support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through the delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. To demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.
What We're Looking for:
To be responsible for day to day supervision of store colleagues and the management of colleagues in the absence of the store Manager leading by example and acting as a role model.
-Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers & colleagues
-Excellent customer service skills in retail are essential
-Ability to communicate and listen effectively
- A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
-Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £11.12 per hour
