About The Role
You are in charge every detail of the organisation and logistics of the conference - if you love organising, this job is perfect for you! From liaising with speakers, sponsors, delegates and accounts departments, you are the organisational hub of the event!

What Will I Learn? Be Doing? Be Spending Most Of My Time On?
· Planning, administration, executing and project managing all physical and virtual events, both in the UK and abroad
· Manage event logistics, suppliers, venues and all things operational from day one of the event
· Inter-departmental collaboration and liaison to hit logistics deadlines
· Delivering outstanding experiences for our customers within the allocated budget
· Researching new venues and onsite experiences to put the customer front and centre
· Maintain strong client communications and relationship building in the delivery of sponsorship and exhibition deliverables
· Excellent customer service and liaison for all incoming queries and requests
· Sourcing new suppliers and cost-effective solutions
· Liaising with accounts departments, chasing payments politely and paying invoices
· Post-event customer communications and account management
