Overview of Role Contribute to thriving training team with great customer services and the ability to meet the needs of clients who need assistance. Provides customer service support to customer base both directly through conversations and indirectly through creating and maintaining documentation.Friendly, patient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to work as a team, attentive to detail, able to work on deadline, able to prioritise Customer orders, you’re a problem-solver, have great listening skills, and can maintain accurate record-keeping You will be required to complete a full Security Clearance background check Responsibilities: Responsibilities: Answering customer questions as they come through email, chat, or phone. Creating documentation to help customers resolve their issues. Assisting with billing issues, if required You are will be helping our customers, and implementing new functionality to help our customers work even better. Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care Help customers register online and process their training Communicate with customers about their training Qualifications: Qualifications: Customer Service experience Excellent telephone manner Experience in Microsoft packages, Word, Excel, Email and Data Entry Excellent attention to detail OSI Systems, Inc. has three operating divisions: (a) Security, providing security and inspection systems, turnkey security screening solutions and related services; (b) Healthcare, providing patient monitoring, diagnostic cardiology and anesthesia systems; and (c) Optoelectronics and Manufacturing, providing specialized electronic components and electronic manufacturing services for original equipment manufacturers with applications in the defense, aerospace, medical and industrial markets, among others.
