Job Description
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards- Operate grill and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials- Maintain a clean and organized work area- Assist with meal preparation and plating as neededExperience:- Previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAt our restaurant, we value our employees and offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
