We are looking for a high potential Entry-Level to join our Oliver Wyman Engineers, the Engineering and Manufacturing practice in Paris focusing on technical challenges. You will take an active part in our missions and be in direct contact with our clients to: Work on a deep operational / engineering level in the engineering center or on the shop floor with clients Use our proven methods and tools to solve complex technical problems seen as critical for the clients Apply solution-oriented approach to generate breakthroughs Work with creativity, purpose, agility and efficiency to collaborate with mutli-disciplinary teams Craft and deliver impactful messages Foster a productive environment and display a growth mindset The position will be based in Paris, with frequent travels (80% or more) to Client sites in France and abroad (travel expenses are fully supported). What is your profile? You have a first experience in an industrial environment You speak English and French fluently. Additional language(s) would be much appreciated You just graduated from a Top Engineering School We are looking for dynamic candidates who want to learn quickly and are willing to discover our way of working. You are ready to travel in France and abroad and be in contact with top leaders and operational teams in our client sites.
