*We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Marketing team*
Trusted for Generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and South of England for 150 years. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendation.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our business. You’ll be the problem solver for the business, whether that’s building reports to understand marketing performance or helping the business understand new growth opportunities. We are at an exciting stage in our journey and are looking for a proactive self-starter who is passionate about data, detail-oriented and a clear communicator, to join the team and play a significant role in the delivery of our next chapter.
About the role:
- Developing Power BI dashboards, to communicate meaningful insights, with impactful visualisation
- Proactively identify data-driven opportunities for improvement for John D Wood, sharing actionable insights across multiple teams including marketing, finance, operations, sales and lettings teams
- Provide insights and intelligence for use across the company to inform direction on business decisions
- Analysing business requirements through building relationships with stakeholders and communicating effectively and analysing existing systems
- Create strategies and proposals from the insights generated through data analysis
- Build and deliver marketing performance dashboards
Job Requirements
- Experience of working in an insights and analytics environment
- Experience of using visualisation tools (ie Tableau, PowerBI) to bring data to life
- Ability to put together clear and concise actionable insights form multiple data sources to answer business questions
- Experience of SQL is a must
- A team player and self-starter who feels comfortable working autonomously in a small team as well as fitting into a large-scale organisation
- Highly organised with the ability to meet tight deadlines
