The role:
The role will be dedicated to supporting the Essential Skills delivery team and assessors, enabling smooth organisation of ESW delivery and examinations for apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:

Logging and following up all enquiries using the appropriate system

Checking learners are registered, enrolled and have completed the mandatory WEST Initial Assessments within 8 weeks

Organise staff resources and learner bookings for off-site delivery
About you:

Level 3 in Business Administration
-
OR equivalent
-
Experience of working in a busy administrative office
