The role
We have a vacancy for a Operations Administrator to assist with the processing of incoming instructions. You will be part of a team working on a variety of tasks but expected to deal with client caseloads, technical support requests, case management, incoming post and processing Medical records.
The ideal candidate would have an Legal Administrative background and will either have dealt with case management or worked in a medico-legal environment.
Main responsibilities
Processing Medical Records and Radiology;
Gathering information from clients regarding their cases;
Ensuring that all the information gathered is properly recorded on the case management system;
Collating documents sent in by clients onto the case management system;
Requesting medical records from various organisations;
Liaising with Trusts, GPs and third parties via telephone and email;
Providing excellent client care;
Processing encrypted Media;
Required attributes
Proficiency in MS Office;
Methodical, organised approach;
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy;
Good knowledge of Adobe Pro;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Good understanding of cases management systems;
