The role:
We have an opportunity for either a full or part time Administrator to join our expanding team. This role is varied and busy, suiting an individual who thrives on organisation, who is proactive and enjoys getting things done!
This role supports our whole team, day to day responsibilities are varied and will include:
- Providing general administrative support including: Answering telephone calls, distributing calls and/or messages to the team. Taking minutes of meetings when required and distributing information as necessary. Ensuring our visitors are welcomed.
- Supporting our estimating team with general administration and data inputting tasks.
- Working closely with our HR and Safety teams; inputting timesheet data, supporting employee inductions and maintaining absence information and employee records.
