Avaliable Job Today A prestigious hotel is currently seeking experienced room attendants to join their team. As a room attendant, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the hotel's rooms and public areas are kept clean, comfortable, and welcoming for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- Clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as hallways, elevators, and lobby
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure that their needs are met
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
- Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
