Location: Remote with one or two days per week at our Wimbledon office (as and when required)

We have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join the Domestic & General Legal Team initially on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to one of the Legal Directors, you will assist the Legal Team with managing various tasks primarily relating to our US business.

Key role responsibilities:
- Maintaining trackers and change logs with respect to customer terms and conditions;

Managing plan filing and re-filing processes with US external counsel;

Operating license renewals and other corporate filings with internal stakeholders and external counsel;

Working on signing processes and engaging notaries where required;

Reviewing NDAs;

Producing PowerPoint presentations.
Skills and experience required:
Confident in interacting with a wide-range of stakeholders;-
Law degree or law conversion

Proactive and extremely organised;

Strong attention to detail;

Experienced with working to tight deadlines;

Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable skills and experience:
-
Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate / commercial team either in-house or in private practice.

Experience working in the US or for a global organisation.

LPC or foreign qualified lawyer
