Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for the Information Analyst role within the Achieve Community Addictions team. We are looking for an individual with strong analytical and leadership skills who is enthusiastic, motivated and has a genuine passion for data to support the teams to deliver safe, effective and high-quality care to our service users and carers.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with data and will take a lead within the division with regard to performance monitoring and data quality. They will support the work of the leadership team and the wider services providing expert advice, guidance and training to the teams alongside detailed analytical reports identifying key trends.
Working across the addictions footprint you will be responsible for data integrity, data collection, review reporting requirements and present a range of key metrics in differing formats dependent on the audience of national and local statistics. You will monitor overall performance of the services across the footprint against key performance indicators and targets.
You will be required to submit national specialist data sets to external sources monthly. You will be required to view data objectively, with respect to reporting trends, themes, and identify where early intervention is needed in relation to improvement.
You will present and relay information in a usable and logical format using data visualisation methods to services, key stakeholders, and partner organisations. You will be responsible for the data quality of the services running daily, weekly and monthly reports from various platforms, combining multiple data sets and presenting this in a way that is understood by all. You will hold and deliver monthly performance meetings to go through data quality and recording issues with pathway leads.
