The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Operational Resource Management team here within Engineering. We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual. You will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks while working closely with our Recruitment and Training Managers to ensure our end-to-end recruitment process for Engineering and Maintenance is carried out to a high standard of professionalism and within a timely manner.
You will be required to communicate and work with managers and colleagues across Engineering and Maintenance as well as the wider BA network. Interacting with candidates both internally and externally to ensure their experience with the recruitment process runs smoothly.
As well as the day-to-day responsibilities, we would expect you to support or own project work as required. These projects will be varied, including continuous improvement to current procedures, document management and data updates.
We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude. You will need the ability to cope under pressure by prioritising tasks. Key skills in communication, attention to detail, accuracy, problem-solving as well as good computer literacy are a must.
