Who We Are:
Seven League is a fast-growing digital sports agency. The company was founded in 2011 and has since grown to over 50 full-time staff with additional associates in 14 European countries. Seven League is part of the Endeavor Group which is a global sports business and includes companies such as IMG, UFC and 160/90.
We have a wide range of clients, national and international, reaching all sectors of the sports business including the NFL, FIFA, Spurs, LCFC, the NBA, the NHL, Sport England and England Netball.
What You'll Do:
We are looking for a passionate, hard-working and capable person to join us as an Assistant Account Manager.
This role will be wide ranging and the candidate will need to react to the needs of the business and its clients – it may include tasks from researching social media accounts to presenting research reports to content planning or briefing digital content production as well working directly with our clients. It is possible that this person may be embedded with a client on behalf of Seven League as part of the role.
The right individual for this role will have a broad range of skills and will be looking for a varied role in which they will be challenged and grow rapidly by rising to those challenges. This individual will be a motivated self-starter with a high work-rate and a thirst for knowledge.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Supporting clients with planning and implementing social media campaigns
- Briefing and managing social media community managers in multiple countries
- Managing content production including working with graphic designers and video editors
- Social media content planning and evaluation including KPI tracking
- The creation & managements of paid media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter and Google)
- Audience and market research (primarily desk research using sources provided by the company)
- Resource planning, project management and milestone tracking
- Online and offline digital marketing (including basic SEO of content)
- Data analysis and website analytics reporting
- General administration
- Writing reports
- Understanding the latest digital trends, and reporting this back to the wider team
- Assisting in business development processes, including research, analysis, funnel management and pitching
- When needed, there will be weekend and evening work required
- Other additional responsibilities as required
You will have the following strengths:
- A proven interest in digital content or marketing
- A keen understanding of commercial, social media and design
- A love of technology and an aptitude for technical exploration
- An interest in sport and its ability to positively impact society
- The emotional intelligence to make a good account manager who works with a wide range of high-profile clients

We would love it if you also have these:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels and, when necessary, present
- Experience of social media and a perspective on the social and media impacts of all leading western platforms
- Experience of digital marketing channels is beneficial – this could be from previous full-time roles or from passion projects (e.g. personal podcasts, blogs, social media channels, websites and apps, content production or commercial)
- Previous experience in client facing roles or experience of working with a wide range of stakeholders within an organization
- Experience of content planning, production and publishing
- Good editorial judgement, in terms of knowing what digital content is good and why
- Ability to learn new skills and share knowledge
- Organised and an ability to meet fixed deadlines
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills
- Experience of content creation and management
- Highly numerate with good experience of using spreadsheets to understand and manipulate data
- Experience using analytics platforms (Google, Facebook, Twitter)
- Experience of running social media channels or websites
- Understanding of social media and its uses, with an appreciation of marketing, audience segmentation, profiling, and content targeting
- Experience, or a solid understanding, of Twitch as a platform

Working Conditions
- This is a permanent position.
- Please note this role will be based at our offices in Islington, London.
- Working hours are 9:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
