Job Description
Maintain a consistent visual brand message for materials and campaigns in print and online. The graphic designer will be familiar with standard print, online and social media design concepts, and the relevant practices and procedures. Assignments will include a mix of print, online and event-related projects. Assignments will also include production work. Should be able to manage time effectively to work on multiple projects at any one time.
· Research, develop and create graphic design and production work for new and existing projects,
· Organise a calendar for Production work and Social Media tasks and implement the tasks.
· Artwork should address the business objectives in a timely, cost-effective manner as well as representing, strengthening and evolving the brand.
· Assist in crafting highly conceptual ideas that align with organisation guidelines.
· Support team members on production assignments and projects.
· Develop professional knowledge of the brand, culture and processes.
· Attend and actively participate in meetings related to assigned projects.
· Work with team in implementing and maintaining brand intent, design quality and business objectives to strengthen the brand.
· Manage and work with team and internal partners to keep files and image library organised.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 years of professional work related experience.
- Expert skills in Adobe InDesign, CC Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Familiar with print processes and prepress workflows.
- Expert skills with Social Media Design
Required
· Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Expert with design software including Adobe Creative Cloud.
· Strong concept, layout and typographic skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton Keynes, MK9 1AE
