Up to £14,030 p.a. (FTE £22,355 p.a.)
27.5 hour per week, 38 weeks during term time

Within the Student Services Team, an opportunity has arisen for a hard-working, friendly, caring and positive person to take on the role of providing an excellent level of customer service to students and staff.
You should have successful experience in a customer services environment, display initiative, possess excellent communication skills, a high level of Microsoft Office competency, particularly with MS Teams and work to very high standards. The ability to communicate appropriately with young people and staff is essential.
