Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the efficient flow of food and beverages from the kitchen to the customers' tables. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and management to provide exceptional service and create a positive dining experience for our patrons. This position requires excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Food and Beverage Delivery: Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the designated tables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Table Setup: Assist in setting up and arranging tables, ensuring they are clean, properly set with utensils, and ready to welcome guests.
3. Order Accuracy: Verify that the orders match what the customers requested, including any special requests or dietary restrictions.
4. Bussing Tables: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests finish their meals, preparing them for the next diners.
5. Guest Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and offer excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
6. Support to Servers: Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure they have all the necessary items to deliver exceptional service.
7. Refilling Supplies: Regularly check and replenish supplies such as water, condiments, and napkins to maintain a smooth operation.
8. General Cleaning: Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy restaurant environment, including floors, restrooms, and common areas.
9. Follow Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment for both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is beneficial but not required.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
