Are you a strong administrator and looking for part-time work?
Our client, based just outside of Cranleigh, is looking for a strong administrator to join their friendly team. This is a 7 month FTC, part-time opportunity working 19.5hrs over 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursday & Friday). There is onsite parking and 25 days holiday.
This is a varied role and your responsibilities will include providing support to the senior management teams and managing the general inbox. You will assist with upcoming events, including annual conferences and will support with reception duties when required. There will be general administration, including creating induction packs and responding to incoming emails.
Ideally you will have an excellent knowledge of MS Office, be able to prioritise your workload and work to deadlines, have previous experience of working in an administrative role, and have a positive approach to your work. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
