We are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual for a ‘Team Member 1’ role. You should have the drive and enthusiasm to make a real difference within a key department on site.
The successful applicant will work as part of a dynamic team and be able to perform the various roles required. They must have a ‘can do’ attitude and help maintain the high standards required in food production.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates' main areas of responsibilities are to:
Control and operate a variety of complex processes and equipment to the highest standards of safety and quality
Ensure the efficient operation of process equipment whilst carrying out format changeovers and machine set up
Achieve the required planned output within product specification
Maximise plant efficiency whilst minimising waste
Ensure high housekeeping and hygiene standards are maintained
Support Team Managers with the introduction of any improvement Initiatives
