Company Overview:

Our team is dedicated to delivering packages with care and professionalism, and we are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to ensure that all workflows run smoothly and that customer expectations are met
Salary: Up to £38,000p/a
Hours: 48 Per Week
Working Pattern: Monday - Saturday (between 3:00pm - 23:00pm)
Location: Birmingham, Erdington, B249QL
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure all requirements relating to safety, health, environment and quality are being fully implemented in the warehouse or escalate.
- Maintaining a safe and friendly working environment for all.
- Address any issues, answering Claims Department queries through verifying the CCTV or different issues to be discussed by phone with the central office, logistics.
- Assign workers on routes. Monitor and plan for future capacity requirements. Managing staffing levels, timekeeping and absences.
- Physical check-out of the warehouse stock.
- Administrative tasks.
The right person will:
- Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or something similar, or you have an equivalent qualifications.
- Have previous experience as a manager, with experience in dealing with large numbers of workers and being able to motivate them.
- Possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, and you have proven yourself able to accurately analyze intricate processes with a detailed Dive Deep approach.
- Ability to analyse data, generate reports, and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Be able to accept, reflect and take action on feedback and work well under pressure.
- Have strong leadership and team management skills.
- Have a good level of numerical and literacy skills.
- Be willing and able to work to flexible schedules and shifts.
- Have Driving License.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to work late shift
Knowledge of Romanian Language will be an advantage
