Job Description

What you will do:
Preparation of Accounting Records including the management and maintenance of ledgers, preparation of accruals and ownership of the excess and savings report
Responsibility for preparation of the Board Reports
Part of the team that prepares the monthly forecasts and budgets as well as the end of year accounts
Responsibility for reporting sales, cancellations and legal completions to Group
Ensure the online finance system is maintained accurately
Manage the Finance Department and work alongside the Finance Director to prepare the departmental succession plan

What you will have:
Previous experience in a similar level role within a finance team
Experience of managing and developing a team of staff
Qualified Accountant status – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
Knowledge of COINS an advantage

Through quarterly forecasts and monthly accounts, they provide key data to the board and enable some of the most important strategic decisions for the business. The Finance Manager is a critical role in the regional finance team. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong financial experience and a track record in meeting strict deadline for records and reports.
