Citizens Advice Eastleigh are recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator. Being our 'first face' for visitors and callers to our service, this is a key role in our team that requires a high level of interpersonal skill, common sense and the ability to work well with others. Working from our Eastleigh office on Monday to Thursday mornings, you will be adept at dealing sensitively and professionally with the public, working with the Session Supervisor to ensure that the advice session is managed well. Behind the scenes, you'll be our administrative lead, ensuring that our records, processes and correspondence are organised, accurate and managed well.
