Our client is looking for an experienced Administration Officer.
To provide administrative and clerical support to the homes for Ukraine and DBS team
” The main part of this role is to deal with queries from the sponsors and the refugees.
**The candidate must be able to travel into our Colindale offices every day, and also be able to speak fluently in Ukrainian”
** This Includes the issuing offers of employment, facilitating pre-employment checks, ID checks, DBS and disclosure checks and tracking and ensuring hiring managers are up to date with candidate progression and support staff on-boarding and payroll systems
