Moor House School & College is an outstanding residential and day special school for children and young people with significant speech, language and communication needs. Situated close to a mainline station with direct links to London, the school is located in a beautiful rural setting on the Kent and Surrey borders. Moor House provides a differentiated mainstream curriculum to students aged from 7 to 19.
Office Manager
(35 Hours per week -Monday to Friday) – Full Time
Salary: £29,563-£32,683 (Pay award pending) inclusive (actual salary) Depending on experience.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, proficient professional to lead our highly competent administration team.
Reporting to the Bursar & Business Manager, you will provide comprehensive and effective management of the administration service across Moor House School & College.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- ·Leading and co-ordinating the work of administrative team
- Maintaining excellent communication with parents, staff and external stakeholders
- Ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained
- Assisting the Principal and Bursar & Business Manager deal proactively and in a timely fashion with matters arising
- Lead on automating systems
The ideal candidate will have experience as an Office Manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active with the capacity to lead a team and take the initiative when necessary, we would like to hear from you.
