Hesley Group are looking to appoint a Driver Support to be based at Mercury College to work on a part time, permanent basis for 19.5 hours each week, term time only. Please note this role is a job share.
This will be a pivotal role in facilitating and supporting a safe and reliable commute for the people who use our services, in and around the local area. The Driver is also expected to support people who use our services at the location/activity itself.
This role will require you to be flexible from Monday - Friday normal business hours during term time only.

The successful candidate must have the following:
- Knowledge of the local area, including street names, major landmarks and one way systems.
- An understanding of the type of difficulties that the people who use our service may face.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and night shifts when required.
- Full, clean driving license.
We are a specialist college offering education for students aged 18 to 25, with complex care needs including behaviours that challenge and a learning disability, often in association with autism.
