Accounts Assistant - Dungannon
An exciting opportunity has just become available for an Accounts Assistant to join a leading employer company based in Dungannon.
About the role
Reporting to the Management Accountant the Accounts Assistantwill be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:
Key responsibilities
- Completing bank reconciliations
- Assisting with all accounts payable and accounts receivable processing when required
- Assist with processing customer queries and payment requests
- Preparing and entering general ledger journals
- Reconcile all balance sheet items
- Dealing with and resolving invoice queries
- Completing supplier payment runs
- Other ad hoc activities as required by a busy accounts function
Previous experience
- Will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- An accounts qualification or relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work off own initiative
