Graphic PLC has been established in Crediton since 1968, with global manufacturing subsidiaries in the USA, Italy and China. We manufacture high performance printed circuit boards (PCB) in low to medium volumes for blue chip companies worldwide. The main markets are defence, Aerospace, security and Comms.
We are looking for a self-motivated Field Sales Account Manager ideally with experience in the PCB market sector. They must have a known skill set to work with some of our major global customers, where building relationships with quality, commercial and technical personnel are key to providing the highest level of customer service and support. You will be working as part of our Sales Team to support the organisation in developing new business and you will be responsible for expanding our clientele in order to meet challenging growth targets. We are looking for someone ideally located in or around the areas of Gloucester/ Oxford/Hampshire. This role will be an agile role where the successful candidate will work approximately 3 days remotely, visiting existing and potential customers and 2 days from home. The role comes with Company car, laptop and mobile telephone.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Contact customers identified as sales leads
- Identify customer requirements
- Explore any queries or concerns raised by the customer
- Identify your customers’ current and future needs and expectations.
- Establish and implement strategy for the improvement and awareness of customer issues across all relevant areas of the Company.
