The Trafford College Group (TCG) has an opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team to help us achieve our vision of unlocking potential and fostering success.
You will achieve this by being responsible for overseeing the day-to-day digital marketing and social media management with your own dedicated team. You are bright, enthusiastic, hardworking and will feel confident bringing fresh ideas to promote the college. You will have a keen attention to detail and a sharp creative mind, as you will be responsible for the overall digital footprint of college group from managing our websites and social platforms to creating blogs and social media content.
In your role you will be responsible for bring your expertise to the following key areas:
Social Media: You will take charge of our social media strategy, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with brand guidelines and engages our target audiences by promoting interactive and captivating brand-focused content to maximize applications. You will be responsible for evaluating and expanding our presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Tiktok.
Content: You and your team will be responsible for developing a comprehensive content calendar for all platforms to ensure a consistent supply of relevant content and timely delivery. This will include working with other departments or content owners from across the college to develop and curate content.
Website Management: You and your team will be responsible for the development and oversight of content across our websites working with our agency and content owners across the college to ensure content is engaging and up-to-date. This will include creating high-quality landing pages and crafting engaging written content for blogs as well as regularly uploading content and E-Newsletters, ensuring constant review, and refreshing of the content, analysing the website's performance using Google Analytics and other metrics and tools.
Marketing: You will partner with the offline marketing team to devise omni-channel campaigns where you will devise and execute digital marketing strategies, including advertising, display ads, SEO, and SEO, ensuring brand consistency across marketing, website and social media messages.

As a successful Digital Marketing Executive looking for the next career move, or an existing Digital Marketing Manager looking for a new challenge, you will have a minimum of 4-5 years relevant experience, possessing a comprehensive understanding and interest in digital marketing.
You will have or be prepared to work towards a professional qualification in digital marketing and you will have an excellent knowledge of digital and social marketing, with proficiency in using Google Analytics 4.
You will also have an advanced proficiency in content management engines such as Elementor as well as other relevant tools such as Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You will possess exceptional written English skills with meticulous copy accuracy.
