Exposure Ninja are hiring! We're a rapidly growing, exciting Digital Marketing Agency and we’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Branding & PR Strategist to join our Ninja family.
As the Branding & PR Strategist at Exposure Ninja, an award-winning digital marketing agency, you will be entrusted with the branding and PR for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple sectors. This role is tailor-made for dynamic, imaginative minds proficient in creating, maintaining, and enhancing our clients’ brands.
Our client roster ranges from healthcare and legal services to burgeoning startups and nonprofit organisations. As our Branding & PR Strategist, you will assume a leading role on some of our highest-value clients, with direct reporting to the Head of the Content Marketing Team.
Our Branding & PR Strategist’s key focus will be:
- The creation, development and refinement of our clients’ brand identities,
- Communicating brand strategies to stakeholders and colleagues,
- Working closely with designers to bring brand visions to life,
- Contributing to the growth and development of our branding offering.
Our Branding & PR Strategist’s key responsibilities will be:
- Developing and presenting the following elements of brand strategy to our clients:
- Tone of voice and clear brand guidelines.
- Target audience and customer personas, supported by market research.
- Brand identity and positioning.
- Providing ongoing branding consultancy for our clients,
- Running our “Fix Your Machine” service (our extensive brand revamp service),
- Driving client traffic and conversions through PR successes,
- Pitching PR stories to various publications and websites,
- Fostering relationships with editors, influencers, and other key industry figures,
- Negotiating and coordinating paid-for content,
- Independently managing large, multi-channel campaigns,
- Taking a leading role in developing our Brand & PR offering,
- Taking a sales-minded approach to working with clients,
- Presenting ideas confidently to clients.
To be successful in this role, we recommend:
- That you are an upbeat, confident individual who can present their ideas well,
- That you have an excellent understanding of the key concepts in branding,
- That you have an exciting portfolio of branding projects,
- A demonstrable history of high-performance PR,
- That you have impeccable written English,
- That you have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment,
- That you have four years of digital marketing experience,
- That you have prior experience working within a digital marketing agency.As this is a full-time contracted position, we are looking to hire a UK-based person with a legal right to work in the UK.
Hours:
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week with paid lunch breaks included).
You’ll have to be available for client calls and meetings (generally held during UK office hours), but otherwise, you are responsible for managing your working hours appropriately.
Oh, and did we mention that this is a 100% remote position, so there’ll never be any commuting time or cost?
