Maintenance of Rota and calls out across x6 regions.

Update of documentation/billing details for out of hours activity daily, interacting with 3rd party contact centre provider.

Co-ordination of certificates of competence.

Manage updates and changes to the document library.

Monitor the log of memberships and subscriptions.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

Experience working as an Admin/Co-Ordinator in a Q/A function.

Previous experience in Facilities Management.

Great communication skills

Experience in working in an administration role.
