We are looking for a PASSIONATE, WELCOMING & EXTROVERTED Hotel Doorperson who wants to join a FANTASTIC TEAM at a VIBRANT central London Hotel!

Duties:

Take care of guests from their arrival through to their departure from the hotel

Contribute to guest satisfaction at all times by providing high quality services throughout the guests’ stay

Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all our guests

Be present and visible outside the front door of the hotel to welcome and provide physical assistance to guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner

Assist guests with their luggage

Informs guests about the formalities, any particular conditions relating to their stay and the services available in the hotel

Passes on information as necessary to other departments

Salary: £27,256 per annum (£13.44 per hour) + service incentives.
The successful candidate must already have eligibility to work in the UK.
