The Role

We are looking for an experienced User Experience Specialist to join the global quality assurance team. You will be responsible for evaluating Trip’s user experience in UK Market, identifying the gap between Trip and its competitors, and working cross-functionally to solve users’ pain points for the UK Market.


Responsibilities:

· Conduct local user research to explore local user behavior and preference.

· Conduct regular user experience testing, in-depth competitor studies, and local user research, to Identify user experience defects and gaps, compared to our competitors.

· Monitor user experience metrics and provide local insights and advice to HQ teams.

· Work collaboratively with other teams to solve users pain points.

· Deliver presentations that persuasively communicate findings and recommendations to the management team and key stakeholders.


Experience & skills desired:

· At least two years of experience in user experience/operation/PM/quality assurance or related fields in the online e-commerce industry.

· Good understanding of local user behavior in the UK market.

· Critical and logical thinking. A good understanding of QA methodology is a plus.

· Strong written and verbal technical communication skills

· Native speaker in the UK market.
