Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for supporting sales teams?We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our team and provide support to our sales staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the creation and preparation of sales presentations, reports, and other sales materials.
- Assisting in the coordination and logistics of sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Organise travel arrangements for team members.
- Support team members with any queries or requests.
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service when needed.
- Provide general support to the team.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,512.61-£25,023.11 per year
