Pearson Carter are currently working with an established End User who are looking to recruit a D365 CE CRM Trainer to add to their team, in the membership domain.

Responsibilities:

Undertake training needs analysis to identify business training needs
- Identify best suite of tools to provide training
- Provide training for new starters for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and integrated O365 products
- Travel to Central London office on a hybrid basis
Experience:
-
Microsoft office package training experience required
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 training experience required
- Very strong communication skills
- Training accreditation or a relevant professional qualification
Salary:
This role offers a base salary up to £45,000 + benefits.
Location:
This client is working to an remote working model with travel to their London when required.
