Office based Monday to Friday, the role of the Business Development Executive is to generate new business opportunities to maximise the pre-booked and total sales of the ETM estate. Focuses on pro-active sales to generate new event leads, building a network of key contacts and improving existing relationships.
The successful applicant will join a fun, fast paced, tight knit team, enjoying company benefits and team nights out.

What we look for in the ideal candidate:
- Hospitality background is essential, and sales experience is ideal.
- Knowledge of reservation management platforms is preferred.
- Target driven, commercially savvy and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to equally organize workload between admin and client management.

- Supports the delivery of a yearly sales strategy from the Business Development Manager to support all sites and deliver personal and overall company targets
