Leeds and York Partnership is a compassionate and inclusive NHS Foundation Trust providing specialist mental health and learning disability services across Leeds and York as well as providing Regional and National specialist services. The Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) is the main provider of Mental Health and Learning Disability services in Leeds. We also provide specialist inpatient services in York and some highly specialised services across the country. As a teaching trust with strong links to local universities, we are a centre of excellence for teaching, research and development.

This role will partner clinical and operational leaders to shape, translate and implement the wider people agenda ensuring the provision of a quality people solutions aligned and responsive to the needs of our services.
With demonstrable HR experience and strong technical knowledge the successful candidate will be someone who is responsive, truly values collaborative working and has the skills and experience to strategically support leaders with innovative and professional people solutions.
