Job Introduction

We have a great opportunity for an experienced reservations agent to join the Rapport family!

You will be based at our Client's amazing location with beautiful views over Canary Wharf. They are one of the most recognised financial organisation in the world. You will join a diverse team across two locations within walking distance, giving you an amazing opportunity to learn and develop.

Employment will be subject to a successful vetting outcome which includes a requirement of proof of a UK address for the last 6 years.

The Client is an American multinational investment management and financial services company headquartered in New York City. With offices in more than 41 countries and more than 75,000 employees, the firm's clients include corporations, governments, institutions, and individuals.

40 hrs per week / Monday-Friday / 8 hour shifts / Contracted hours: 08:00-18:00

Main Responsibilities
  • Answering telephone calls and responding to email requests
  • Managing the booking process for the UK sites via the booking platform.
  • To assist with training new joiners
  • Adhere to all site procedures and standards
  • Closely coordinate with the reception and catering teams and all other service providers
  • General Administration duties
  • Perform room checks
  • Show responsibility for personal Health and Safety
  • Ensuring reports information are gathered
  • To share best practice, suggestions, ideas of service improvement and team innovations
  • To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager.
  • Occasional receptionist shifts as business needs requires it.
  • To ensure that all procedures and standards are met
The Ideal Candidate

Experience in customer service is essential. Corporate or five star hotel experience is preferred.
