Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to become an Operations Assistant. Being a key member of the team, you will be supporting Management and be responsible for the day to day running of the office.
- Undertake the activities and tasks assigned within the Operations Department
- Liaising with suppliers
- Being involved in continuous improvement activities
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Managing our time sheet system
- Support the Business & Strategy team with note taking
- Must think independently and take ownership for the resolution of any potential issues
- Support with management of the office, including support for when client meetings are happening within the office ordering food and beverages
- Hybrid working, 3 days in our Leicester office a week
