Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About Us:

Skybreak is a long-established Customer Service provider in the airline industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and seamless travel experiences. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agents. If you are passionate about travel, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Purpose of the Role:

As a Customer Service and Airline Ticketing Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers' journeys are smooth and enjoyable. You will be the face of our company, responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs, providing professional customer service, and handling airline ticketing inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:

Location:

Successful applicants, once trained will be required to work shifts at T2 Heathrow Airport within our core opening hours of 0400-2000 daily. Shifts allocated over 7 days (including weekends and bank holidays) and on a shift pattern.

We offer a competitive rate of pay (based on experience) alongside the opportunity to enhance additional earning opportunities through our commission initiative ‘we earn you earn’ programme.

Skills Required

· Previous experience in the travel and tourism sector

· Knowledge of Amadeus or other major GDS reservation systems and/or previous Airline ticketing experience – Initial and ongoing training provided

· Geographical knowledge

· Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

· Languages (beneficial but not essential)
